In collaboration with the winery Andreas and Dr. Leo Gälweiler, the wine merchant Flensburg-Handewitt has created this unique CUVAE. Three grape varieties are blended to create a fresh, animating wine with harmonious acidity, fullness and a fruity, fragrant bouquet with notes of grapefruit, vanilla and rose petal.

Sasbacher Winzerkeller eG - A perfect white wine elegance from the volcano. Aged in wooden barrels. The aroma is reminiscent of apple blossom, pear, banana and walnuts. Fruity spicy acidity yet soft and harmonious. Goes very well with aromatic, hearty and well-seasoned dishes.
